Thank you to everyone who contributed to this Christmas donation drive. We collected two carloads worth of items which were passed on to Building Futures East and distributed across families living primarily in the east Newcastle.

The winter season can be a particularly difficult time for many people. This year, with all the additional challenges our communities are facing, many of our residents and neighbours will feel the pressure on their finances and wellbeing.

We are committed to the long-term sustainability of Ouseburn and know an area isn't just about its buildings and green spaces. People who live and work in or near the Valley are at its heart. At the Trust, we want to do what we can to support the wellbeing of residents and neighbours. In the run-up to Christmas, we'll be collecting non-perishable food and toiletries for Building Futures East.
