Archived: Giants on the Quayside Consultation

There is a current planning application from the World Wheel Company to build a 140m observation wheel with 60 cabins, a five storey visitor centre, 3 two-storey buildings with food and beverage units  and a three-storey family entertainment centre with associated parking on the former Spillers Quay site.
